tisk, tisk
So last night I went to a local coffee shop to hear Drew play and hang out with some friends. This has been a great coffee shop with great people and a great environment. There are a few problems though…
1. If you want your drink soon you must order next day air. They are so incredibly slow. I have worked in coffee shops before and have no clue why it takes 15 minutes to get a coffee drink.
2. Drinks are always luke warm. I have never ordered a drink and got it hot. Here’s a tip: Coffee drinks should be hot!
3. I found out that they are now charging extra for whip cream! This one takes the cake and I’ll probably not be going back anytime soon because of this. I mean seriously I pay you 5 bucks for a drink that you’re making around 4 bucks off of and you can’t afford to give me a little whip cream on top? That’s ridiculous, what’s next, charging for sugar for my coffee?
Sorry, I needed to get that off my chest.
EDIT: By the way, I’m not talking about a Starbucks. I’d say Starbucks has the best service around!
you are not alone, i know where you are speaking of and don’t prefer the burnt coffee myself, but will often get one and wait, all in the name of a little entertainment and conversation.
they should turn it into a pcj.
Brad remember they had to shut down because of service, I guess they all called in sick that day
. I know the place too, I gave them 3 shots to get it right. Each time I was let down. PCJ got it going on for service (down town front street) try it out when down town.
I know where you’re talking about too. There are several positives though: they have an awesome internet lounge, a F’real milkshake machine, hands free restroom, amazing T-shirts, and pretty much the cheapest gas in town.
BTW, why was Drew playing at the Scotchman?
For gas! What else
Gas has become the new 5-Bucks I mean Starbucks. I wish i had a motorcycle now too
